Bid Researcher
Employment type: Full time / Remote
Novelcore is pleased to announce that it is looking for a Bid Researcher who will be able to generate high-quality commercial and research-driven bids, improving the knowledge capacity and expertise.
Position also requires experience in researching, designing, developing and coordinating proposals for various programmes both National and European covering a wide spectrum of bids; such as grants, ESPA, tax deduction research plan, etc.
What you need to have:

Εxcellent knowledge of English

Knowledge of technical writing

Knowledge of bid management
-
Ideally knowledge of Proposal Writing (e.g. Horizon Europe, H2020)
Previous work experience in ESPA, research grants, etc. -
Engineering and technical interface between bid team and project engineering teams

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with experience of working on technical projects

Excellent organisational skills, can manage competing priorities and work to time, cost & quality requirements

Has a strong, proven track record of proposal management / tender preparation

At least 2 years experience in bids & proposals – in purchasing and in sales

Strategic project management knowledge

Advanced English skills (able to negotiate in English)

Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Advanced communication skills
What you will do:
- Build and deliver high quality proposals to customer defined timelines and requirements
- Present technical solutions at bid meetings
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure accurate and compliant bids
- Applies appropriate bid templates, processes and tools to ensure alignment and continuity in line with company policies
- Seeks to continually raise the bar on bidding best practices and personal development focus areas
